For the Opp W/L, the record for non-FBS schools is set at 1-23, double the expected W/L for those schools - which is a cummulative record of 4-114 against FBS schools this season.

The rank score is calculated by taking 0.6 * Win Pct + 0.5 * Opp Win Pct + 0.4 * Pyth Win Pct.

Interesting notes: The top 4 are Michigan, Washington, Georgia, and Texas. If the 12 team playoffs started this season, Liberty and James Madison would qualify as top 12 teams based on these rankings. The bottom two teams are still Akron and Kent State. Since Akron beat Kent State this season, Kent State owns the title as worst FBS team this season.
