This is an update on the results of my and my power ranking model's playoff predictions. For the conference championships, Vegas ATS went 0-2, while everything else went 1-1. In most cases, the Ravens created the loss while the 49ers were wins for everything but the Vegas favorite. Since the Ravens lost, the model and Vegas are the only winning possibilities for the Super Bowl. For my personal picks, I will not count ATS due to the oddity that my underdog is the favorite in the matchup. However, if the 49ers win the Super Bowl (as they're favored), the model correctly predicted the Super Bowl Champion based on the regular season results.
Notes for the table below: ATS on the table below means "against the spread". For Vegas record and against the spread, I will be considering it a win if the favorite wins or clears the spread.
